A great time was had on the Carrizo Plain by at least 30 BMW riders last weekend. Marten deserves all the credit for putting together a great campout. Although it was basically an on-your-own event, Marten made sure everyone had a great time including a local BLM employee! (forward thinking, Marten)
An excellent time to visit the Plain; lots of dirt road exploration or visit the painted rock. The only low point is we discovered the fire hydrant is now gone!
